LEITAT is a Spanish Technological Center specialized in production technologies, developing R&D activities in the areas of biomedicine, biotechnologies, environment, surface treatments, material science, engineering, nanotechnology and renewable energies with deep knowledge and experience in tech-transfer to several industrial sectors. Areas of specialization: Oncology, nanotechnology, medtech, preclinical models, toxicology, microbioma, Additive Manufacturing, Healthcare Living Lab.
MUL is among the largest state-owned medical universities in Poland. It has reached the leading position in the research areas such as: immunology, molecular biology, genetics of homeostasis disorders, oncology, hypertension and endocrinology. Within the last two years, young researchers from MUL were considered leaders in areas such as cardiology, oncology, immunology and dermatology.
The Instituto de Biomecánica (IBV) is a technological centre that studies the behavior of the human body and its interaction with products, environments and services. The beginning of its activities date back to 1976, but currently IBV is coordinated under the agreement of the Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness (IVACE) and the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV).
With the aim to improve competitiveness among the business sector, the IBV promotes people’s well-being through the combination of knowledge in areas such as biomechanics, ergonomics and emotional engineering, and its application to diverse sectors.

The Consorci Sanitari de Terrassa is a public entity of the Generalitat de Catalunya, the Ajuntament de Terrassa and the Fundació San Llàtzer, created in 1988 and integrated by seven primary care centers, a hospital for acute patients and a social health center, as well as of a day hospital for Alzheimer’s patients, of the Assistance Unit of the High Performance Center of Sant Cugat and of the only Penitentiary Hospitalization Unit in the entire Spanish state.
